Smaller run? Start with the quantity you actually need
Not every packaging project starts with thousands of units. New product launches, market tests, seasonal editions, events and growing brands can all create a genuine need for a smaller initial run. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we’ll assess the specification rather than asking you to fit a headline minimum order quantity.
We’ll show you where the numbers make sense
With bespoke packaging, unit cost can change significantly as setup and tooling costs are spread across more pieces. If you ask for 250 or 500 units and there is a meaningful saving at 750 or 1,000, we can explain the options so you can make a commercial decision. There is no obligation to increase the quantity simply because we quote an alternative.
What can we help with?
Depending on the project, we can look at custom printed boxes, cartons, sleeves, labels and stickers, inserts, presentation packaging and other bespoke formats. The most suitable process depends on the construction, material, print, finish and quantity required.
You do not need finished artwork
Send us whatever you have: finished artwork, an existing pack, a dieline, product dimensions, a sketch, a photograph or simply an idea. Our in-house artwork team can advise what is needed to make the project production-ready and can adapt or rebuild artwork where required.
A sensible route now, with room to grow
A first production run may need a different manufacturing method from a repeat order at a larger volume. We can look at the requirement you have today while keeping future quantities in mind, helping avoid unnecessary changes to the packaging as the product grows.
What to send us for a useful quotation
If possible, include your approximate quantity, finished size or product dimensions, packaging style, material if known, print colours or finishes, delivery postcode and required date. If you do not know all of those yet, send what you have and we can help develop the specification.
