An accurate bespoke packaging quotation starts with a clear description of the product, the packaging format and the quantity required. You do not need to know every technical term: photographs, sketches or samples can help explain the intended result.
Dimensions: Provide length, width and height in millimetres, and state whether they are internal or external measurements. Include the weight and number of products to be packed.
Construction and materials: Describe the preferred box style, board or material, inserts, dividers and any protection requirements. If undecided, explain how the packaging will be used.
Printing and finishes: Supply artwork or branding references, expected colours and any desired lamination, foil, embossing or other specialist finish. Mention if artwork creation or adaptation is required.
Quantity and delivery: State the estimated order quantity, delivery postcode and required date. GARSON GROUP focuses on commercial production; approximately 500–1,000 units may be a useful initial guide for some projects, but feasibility depends on the specification.
Next step: Send the information you have through the enquiry form. GARSON GROUP can advise which missing details are needed to assess manufacturing and pricing.
