Custom Packaging

Our custom packaging service starts with the product and its intended use, not an off-the-shelf box. We can help specify dimensions, structural design, board or other material, opening style, protective inserts, print method and finishing. Depending on the brief, packaging may include folding cartons, corrugated boxes, rigid presentation boxes, printed sleeves and specialist constructions. We coordinate specification, artwork, sampling requirements and repeatable commercial manufacture through a UK-managed point of contact. To request a quotation, tell us what the pack will hold, approximate finished dimensions, expected quantity, preferred materials or finishes, delivery destination and any required date. If you have a sample, sketch, photograph or existing artwork, send that too. If the construction is not yet decided, we can discuss suitable options before production is specified.

Common briefs include branded product cartons, gift and presentation boxes, transit-ready corrugated packaging, sleeves and fitted inserts. The appropriate construction depends on the product weight, fragility, retail presentation and distribution route. Where available, a physical product or existing pack helps establish fit and protection. We can discuss whether a folding carton, rigid box or corrugated format is the more suitable starting point. For repeat orders, consistent dimensions, approved artwork and agreed materials help make future production more predictable.
