Rigid presentation boxes use a substantial board structure, usually covered with a printed or decorative wrap. They are commonly considered for premium products, gift sets and branded presentation. The correct construction depends on the contents, handling and intended presentation.
Construction options: A two-piece lid-and-base box offers a familiar opening style. Hinged or magnetic-closure formats may be considered where the design and budget justify them. Internal clearance, closure behaviour and product weight must be assessed before production.
Materials and presentation: Wrapped rigid board can be combined with purpose-designed trays or partitions where appropriate. Printed wraps, foil details, embossing or laminates may be possible, subject to material and process suitability.
Production checks: Confirm usable internal dimensions, lid fit, insert tolerances, artwork positioning and packing method. A prototype or sample may be appropriate for more complex formats.
For a quotation: Supply product dimensions and weight, box quantity, preferred opening style, artwork or reference images, desired finishes, delivery postcode and any target date.
